- Do credit packs expire?
- No. Starter, Basic, and Power credit packs are one-time payments and the credits never expire. You can buy a pack today and use the credits a year from now. Subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) instead give you unlimited interview-call credits while active.
- What's the difference between text credits and interview-call credits?
- Text credits are spent when PhantomCode generates a response from a screenshot during a live interview. Interview-call credits meter live audio-transcription sessions — used for real Zoom/Meet/Teams interviews where the interviewer speaks the question. Subscription plans include unlimited interview-call credits while active.
- How does PhantomCode handle GST and refunds?
